I waited 3 weeks for a appointment for a matter that had been worrying me, I turned up on the exact time requested, tried signing in on the screen but it couldn't find me, so raised the matter with reception to be told that the next patient had taken my place and i would not be seen.
I bet I don't get a text asking how I rate the service.
